Delivery & Returns


We aim to ship goods within 3-5 days.

The website currently only allows for delivery to the UK.

Free shipping is offered to all items shipped in the UK


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (the purchase) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and receive an exchange or full refund (less shipping).

All returned items must be in immaculate condition and have all the original packaging.  Failure to meet these criteria will result in the return being declined.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

We will inform you of any additional transaction charges beforehand.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and made in the same form as the original payment.

When a refund has been processed, usually within 14 days, an email confirming the transaction will be sent.
